Special Needs

Arrangements can be made to help people with special needs, but you must be sure to make enquiries at the time of booking.

If you have problems reading, you can listen to the questions in one of the fifteen available languages (Welsh, Bengali, Cantonese, Hindi, Gujerati, Punjabi, Urdu, Turkish, Arabic, Tamil, Portuguese, Farsi, Albanian, Spanish and Kurdish).

If your language is not available, you can use an interpreter (but this must be approved in advance).

A video of the test in British sign language is available on screen for those with hearing difficulties. Check with the DSA (Driving Standards Agency) for details of other ways that they can help.

All centres comply with access regulations for people who have physical disabilities.
